Adalah Titan (Winky Wiryawan) dan Helena (Fanny Fabriana) pasangan suami-istri muda yang saling mencintai. Keduanya adalah eksekutif muda yang sukses. Namun malang tak dapat ditolak, saat merayakan ultah pernikahan pertama mereka, terjadilah kecelakaan yang menimpa Helena dan Helena pun meninggal. Belum hilang kesedihan ditinggal istrinya Titan sering mengalami penampakan Helena. Ternyata ini bukan halusinasi, karena arwah Helena memang masih gentayangan dan hanya menampakan diri pada Titan sang suami. Orang-orang menganggap Titan depresi ditinggal sang istri, kondisi ini merugikan Titan yang akan dipromosikan menjadi Vice-President di kantornya. Ia dianggap labil jiwanya karena sering berkomunikasi dengan arwah mendiang istrinya. Titan pun disarankan untuk pergi ke psikiater, oleh Psikiater Titan diberikan treatment dengan mengirim mahasiswi Psikologi, Olin (Joanna Alexandra) untuk observasi. Segala aktivitas Titan dari pagi sampai malam diikuti Olin Selain secara medis, upaya non-medis pun dilakukan. Antaranya minta bantuan paranormal, dukun, dan orang pintar. Termasuk Ki Jono Bolot ( Hj. Bolot) yang punya kelebihan bisa melihat yang kasat mata, tapi juga punya kekurangan yakni kurang pendengaran. Dari Ki Jono Bolot, barulah Titan mengetahui, bagaimana kiatnya agar arwah Helena bisa 'pergi' dengan tenang. Di saat itulah Titan bertemu Irene (Astri Nurdin), hubungan mereka kian dekat karena direstui Helena, namun kecelakaan lain terjadi yang yang menambah berat kondisi Titan.
